- 1 lb fresh or thawed frozen cod fillets
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Place fish in shallow baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix soup, broth, lime juice, cilantro, oregano and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture over fish.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
